I didn't even know it was still around! :o) I programmed in Autocad in 88 I think (we used it to design manufacturing and medical keyboards and other peripherals for custom equipment)... I had to look it up after your post and it appears to have a rich api now. Probably something you could figure out with the documentation and a copy of it...
