encrypted ini file generated from table at the developers site: "setting up" is part of of the license/distribution package.
There is a included [otherwise] encrypted system table with entries to "home", "usage", "version", "inikey" and some other checks. As these installs are in quite secure surroundings, we don't need to be [currently] afraid of decompiling coupled with ini file exchange. And yes, overworked copy mistakes DO HAPPEN, but are caught right at app opening if started with a special switch<g>.
