I have a menu that uses mscomctl.ocx active X.

It works fine with Windows XP, Vista and 7. but there is one Windows 7 Starter (32 bits) computer where I get this error: DllRegisterServer 0x8002801c I've tried to register the ocx using regsvr23 mscomctl.ocx but I get that error number

Any ideas ?
