That puts "spellcheck" far out into GUI range. Depending on your UC [special dictionaries to load / validation issues like No. of key words needed] it might have still ties to the Biz layer - correcting and maintaining such a construct if ties to biz layer are high might be harder. Not saying that it is wrong - just take a moment to rethink architecture and app needs before going that way.
