Wow, that sounds good. I am listening to everything I can find by Gram Parsons. He's been a long time gone, OD-ed in 1974 or so, and not as accessible as a lot of other musicians online. It's worth seeking out. He is credited with starting the style of music called country rock with the Byrds and the Flying Burrito Brothers. The music I return to again and again is his collaborations with the very, very young Emmylou Harris. They were together both on and off stage and sang amazing harmonies together. Emmylou is still going even if she isn't still a brunette. To put my money down on a cliche, she has always sung like an angel. And she has never sounded better than she did in perfect pitch with Gram. Check out "Love Hurts," to name just one.
