I'm sorry I didn't answer you before. I'm not entirely clear on what you need, but here are a couple of suggestions:

1. Use Page Footer for the information that goes at the bottom of the page. That way you can be sure it is at the bottom of every page.

2. If you have information that will take more than one page so you don't want the page footer to print, use the Print When on the Footer data to keep it from printing.
