You are looking for an issue that isn't there. It was not just pointing out the difference between good and bad, it was considering the types of crimes committed by some (don't assume I meant all because I did not) undocumented workers. Very few undocumented workers commit ponzi schemes or commit corporate fraud.... in fact, the average criminal (who is also a citizen) does not run a ponzi scheme or commit embezzlement either -
