Most of my classes uses it. So, I have to go with the full framework.

Yes, I just read it. Basically, the way I understand it is that I would be better to include the .NET Framework 4.0 as part of my EXE. So, this will make it like 40 MB but would avoid Setup.exe to freak completely and request 2 GB of free disk space.
