Is that the ticket printer? For situations like this, I've had the most luck by contacting the company and explaining that you are considering supporting their product in your app and since that means revenue for them (your customers buying their product), they will usually provide you with technical docs and even sometimes a system to use for your testing for a period of time (on loan for development purposes).
