Yes, it is still open. Thanks for following up. Haven't been on the UT in awhile. Was having troubles accessing the UT in both IE and Chrome. IE would not let me log in and Chrome would let me log in but then would quickly throw me back to a login screen after accessing a page or two. Today it seems like it's working.

The situation is that I add records to a table that is in table buffering mode and when I call the TABLEUPDATE it fails with a "Record is in use by another user" error. This seems like a very odd message. The new record should be unique to the workstation and no one else should be able to see it. It's new, the table is in table buffering mode, and the record has not been committed. How could anyone else be using it? Me thinks it's a false error message, but I'm not sure what the real problem is. Any ideas you have about this would be appreciated. I hope everything is going well for you. Going to SW Fox this year?
