A Political/Financial shock - Also there may be some nasty activity between November 4 and 12 inclusive that could hold back the installation of newly elected congress people in the USA. Please note: the word 'may' is the operative word in the sentence indicates that nothing out of the ordinary could happen :) So, be prepared as it will, or it won't. :))
