I once wrote the code to do it, and it would only save what it can find, and would work for fox2x tables, because I wrote it before the different blocksizes came along. Not easy, and not perfect, and it required code which knows exactly the structure of the table (so it had to be re-generated on each change).

When I noticed that I spent a couple of days on something that was used only once a year, I just stopped updating it. You can try other tools here in the downloads.
