Sure - the question is, how automatic will it be ?
If it really is an AXXIS WS, ask for a demo install, preferably in Dotnet.
Axxis is really great in the respect that it can generate a dummy system including apache server,
istalled WS-server with dummy data and clients at least in java so you can listen in.

Again, an some of "my" targets I was given working Dotnetclients including source&solution as well
