I have a problem with a combo box on my one of my forms. I use this Combo to display some child records of my parent table. I have a method in my baseclass of my form that detect any changes made to any of the tables and if there are, ask the user to save changes, revert changes or cancel the current action.

When the user choose cancel, in the WHEN event of my combo, I use RETURN .F. so the combo does not do anything and remains on the current child record. IF the user choose to save or revert changes, the combo is "poping" and display the child records. The problem is after that when I select a record in the combo, the Valid event does not fire. This only happens when the user is asked whether he or she wants to save, revert or cancel. Otherwise, the valid event is executed.

I use the combo style : "2 -list"

Thank you for your help,
Christian
