Ixxx no[as in not directly, probably not from apple or MS in the future]
Droid no [unclear if MS will target it, easier if they want to as no Jobs can veto it]

AFAIK Silverlight is on WinMobile and Symbian - and on Symbian only in S60V5,
which is the touchscreen version not praised as loudly as Android or iPhone.

As the release happened recently very sotto voce I doubt it will be perceived
as fitting combination or generate similar interest as Droid news do.

But you can run Win3.1 and Win95 on Nokia phones ;-)
