We upgraded one of our servers to a new machine running Windows Server 2008 R2. Now, I have problems with sessions timing out. I have already set autodisconnect on the server to -1, but when I try to open a dbf file on the server after a long period of inactivity I get a waiting for lock message and VFP (or my compiled VFP applications) crash.

If I open the share in explorer first, I don't have the problem. It doesn't act exactly like the autodisconnect used to, because vfp sees the files. It doesn't give a file not found error, it is just unable to open or lock the file.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there a solution?
