Sure. And FWIW, Windows as *the* client OS is itself threatened by portable devices and the OS they use. Unless MS does something soon, that battle is lost and people who want to write for frontends need to start looking at the Android or Apple sdks rather than shifting around the chairs on the Titanic. ;-)
