This is actually for a project I am doing for a client, but because I am learning while doing it I am not charging very much. As for the version of .Net I thought it was 3.5, but I realised recently that it seems to be 2.0 (based on some error messages I got). But I don't have a problem switching to 3.5 once it is easily done (I am using VS 2008 in case that makes a difference).

Thanks for the link, I'll check that out too.
