I checked the properties of the two projects in my solution and they oth have the target framework as .net 3.5. Why when I get error messages would the message say .net 2.0?

How do I check that 3.5 is actually installed on my PC?

UPDATE: I found a way by running this code in IE Address bar: javascript:alert(navigator.userAgent)

It told me I have 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5 installed.
