Israel would cease to exist. I'm not sure if Iran would.

Sneak a couple of weapons into Israel and the country might cease to exist before having a chance to react.

No other country would have the stones to do anything about it. The US under the current regime would probably offer Iran $$ so they wouldn't be offended if people thought unkind things about them.
