Do you know the name "Sean Dotson"?
As far as I know he is a real guru of all things related to programming AutoCAD. I think he does consulting, and probably some gratis tips and helpful hints if you contact him.
Here is his web site:
http://www.seandotson.net He has a contact link listed on the site. If he doesn't know the answer, he may be able to tell you where to look for help.
and...
You can find a discussion forum that he runs here:
http://www.mcadforums.com/forums/ It seems to mostly be about AutoDesk Inventor (the 3D package), but anyone who frequents that forum probably also has a lot of experience in programming AutoCAD also.
Good luck.
>I have an AutoCAD ObjectARX (C++) and .NET (C#) application that connects to both Access via the JET engine and VFP databases via the VFP OLEDB driver (vfpoledb.1). In 64bit Windows there is now a 64bit Access driver available so I just need to modify the C++ code to use that driver instead of the old one, a simple change to a connection string. The problem is that there is no such 64bit driver available for FoxPro. Microsoft's "solution" is 'run it in 32bit mode', see Ximy's reply at
