The number I have (27613) was actually in a message from Sergey but dated back to year 2006. So it could be that this FAQ item was removed since then. This FAQ was supposed to describe how to use Sergey's cipher routine. I have the code and have been using it for number of years but wanted to see what was in the original FAQ.
