u can print the page footer on last page using the PRINT WHEN, but u won't be able to use the space it will block that space.

Alternate to page footer is to create a dummy group band and put the page footer into group footer
the issue with this is that it will print immediately at the end of the report and not as a page footer.


need to explore the group footer ON ENTRY if we know the current used page length and then change it to the page footer start pointing.
I don't know how do this but just an thought
