>My client moved VFP database/tables to a new server. Client got a 'cannot resolve backlink' error. Couldn't find one of the tables. The table appears to be in the database. I tried to remove it. Got message which said can't find table, but it's trying to find the table on the OLD server. So I'm stuck. The table IS there because I can open it by itself. But I can't make the database happy by removing it and re-adding it because I can't remove it in the first place.

You could try VALIDATE DATABASE RECOVER. Always back up first before using these types of commands.
Hmm, just noticed you're using VFP6, not sure if that command is available in that version.
