I went to site and I received the cookie error even though my browser is set to accept ALL cookies. I'm running Navigator 4.06 and I dont have problems with cookes.....but for some reason the page is telling me my browser is either not set to receive cookies or is not capable of accepting cookis and that i should download and install the latest version of IE...mmmm interesting.
