Hi Xavier ---

A really simple way is to BROWSE the file, then Ctrl-PgDn in the General field. Click on the bitmap representing the object, which will launch the appropriate application for the object. In that application, use Save or Save As to save it as a separate file.

In the future, it you wish to move files out of VFP and to their own files, consider using a Memo (binary) field instead.
