I just checked...Adam Wainwright of St Louis and Halladay are tied for highest number of decisions....Wainwright is 18-11 and Halladay is 19-10. Both have only 2 NDs each.

The voters are going to take one look at Halladay's win total, strong ERA, high K's, low BBs, and he'll get the Cy Young.
