PS -- yes, the Who's performance was excruciating. We discussed it at the time. The event organizers have taken chances on geezer bands before and they came through. The Stones were pretty decent, Bruce was pretty decent, and Tom Petty was sensational. Their luck ran out. Here's guessing they will go with someone more current next time.
