In the setup, I have included the License Agreement form. In it, I have pointed to the License.rtf file. At first, this was was automatically marked as excluded. I built the Setup and found out that it does not appear in the License Agreement area. So, I included the file. I built again and the file still doesn't show. What else is required to have this license agreement to appear?
