The reviewer mostly discusses all the potential pitfalls of using 2-digit years for data input and is clearly in favor of 4-digit years. He implies that using Y2KFox locks you into 2-digit year display. His article is more about whether Y2K is enough, rather than whether it works.

To his credit he responded to my e-mail explaining that he had no control over how Info World edits his articles and he was surprised to see that they left out his statement that it works as advertised. Evidently he has received so much negative e-mail as a result of the article that they are going to reprint it as written.
