Another thing I think could be an issue is that on all those three installations we did, all of them are under VMWare. So, they are on C:, C: and E: drives, which are all local drives but also all under VMWare. Is it possible Windows doesn't want to allow the Windows Service to interact with the drive in such a circumstance?
