Kind of like a house falling off a cliff. It kept sliding down and then in June 2009 it stopped sliding down the cliff. It's not fixed, it's not put back on top of the hill yet, but it's not sliding further down down any longer.

I find it hilarious that they think they can say we are not in a recession and haven't been since June 2009. Nonsense. The bottom just isn't getting any deeper is all - but it is still a hole so deep that folks are still losing jobs and their homes and those who lost both already are still in bad shape.
