Take things in proper context please. I have no issue with people mentioning Christ.

I have a minor issue with public prayer in non-religious events. I don't think it's appropriate but I don't find it particularly offensive.

I have a stronger issue with public prayer in non-religious events that highlights a particular religion. Praying "in Christ's name" now excludes all non-Christians from the prayer. I find it inappropriate and offensive.

I have an especially strong issue with people who assume that non-belief in Christ means non-belief in God. I find that insulting.
