I get up and down arrows in my combo drop-down the first time opened after INIT and records have been added to the remote table. I build the list in the combo drop-down during INIT so that the list is available for displaying all possible values. Also I rebuild the list in the DROPDOWN event so that the list is current as of the time list is seen. I build the list by doing a CLEAR, then requery a remote view and ADDITEM the records to the list. The arrows go away if the combo drop-down is closed and reopened.
