I have a weird situation which I am trying to debug.

On my PC, I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits. The client also has Windows 7 but it is Professional 32 bits. Both PC are using an administrator account. When I execute this, to open a sub key from Registry, on the client PC, I obtain an error.
                ' Get a reference to the key
                loSubKey = loRegistryKey.OpenSubKey(cSubKey, True)
The error is:

"Requested registry access is not allowed."

This is working fine on my PC.

What else could be a factore here?
