Craig,
thanks for the input but this problem is only at the one shop. All our other customers, and there are many, do not have the problem even with the exact same report version.
We have redone a number of reports including this one because of the font difference. That is why we have all our reports listed in a table with a flag as to what version they should be run in. That way we can gradually move through all 250+ reports as needed. We needed to convert them in order to produce PDFs for attachments in email.
>VFP 9 uses an entirely different method to create the reports. Probably not much you can do other than redo all the reports or SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 80. But if you do the latter, you can't take advantage of any of the VFP9 report enhancements.

>>At one of our customer sites all the report writer version 90 reports appear double size (the fonts are so large it runs off the page by 50%) in the printer and print preview. We set the version with a flag in a DBF so I switched one back to 60 and it appears normal. Any idea where I should start looking? I haven't checked it from any other computer there yet but this is the book keeper's pc and so is the most important.
