Hi all,

I have the pivottable activex control (part of office web components) on a form class. I have cases where VFP comes up with the locate file dialogue "Locate OWC10.DLL:" when I try to instantiate this form with CreateObject(). Navigating to the dll has no effect.

However I the code: loPivotControl = CreateObject("OWC10.PivotTable.10") runs fines without any problems.

1. What's going on here? What does creating the form hosting the control do differently from innstatiating the control directly
2. Because it doesn't error, I am finding difficult to preEmpty the issue. Does anyone know how I can stop vfp trying to locate the file? I rather have an error instead.
