I am having a problem with a client running a vfp3.0b exe on win 3.1 with MSGRAPH5. When the system tries to do an append general, I get an error 'At least one system component is out of date. Please reinstall \vfp300.esl'

After reinstalling the W32s and the runtime the error still exists.

The only odd thing about the system is that the machine the exe runs has windows installed to it's D:
