I recommend Kindle 3 over all the other readers for the reasons that Charles mentions. All of my online shopping has, for years, always been with Amazon anyway, so it was a very easy choice for me. And Amazon makes it very easy to find, sample and purchase Kindle books. I should say that I never tried anything else though, so my opinion may be a bit prejudiced ... but I *do* love my Kindle!
