Or, even a better idea, have a few cubicles for up to, say, dozen persons, with a decent sized screen and surround sound, and let them view whichever movie they want. Charge something per hour plus whatever they drink (popcorn and whatnot).
I was once in a movie bar in Germany, with just about six tables, a 16mm projector (now I'm dating myself) and mugs of beer. It was Billy Wilder's "Front page" - I wish I spoke German :) - and it was just a fine setting.
