That's far more ambitious that I want to be. I just want it to work the way I need and want, right out of the box. That's the way consumer devices should be.

Spend some time over at xda-developers.com and you'll learn all the cool tweaks. As far as the crackberry there is a windows mobile version of blackberry connect but it's quite flaky.
