Also, another interesting point in regards to this, is the Task Manager keeps firing up a vbc.exe which seems to be related to this lock issue. Basically, it goes ON and OFF with about 25 to 40k of each instance. This goes like this until all hits have been released. Then, it is back to normal in the Task Manager.
