I try it again installing Visual Studio 2010 and MM 4 on a "Virtual XP Machine".
Still the same Problem.
I give up for the moment. I have no idea.(Maybe something is wrong with the Install-File)

May i should ask Kevin or the guys from TMN Systemberatung here in Germany.
