I need to run some speed tests and check results and rushmore optimisation.

Is there anyway to reset the environment completely so that I can run repeated tests without restarting the VFP IDE every time?

otherwise obviously my 2nd and subsequent queries do not produce valid results as data etc. held in memory.

I have tried;
Close Tables
Close Databases
Close ALL
Clear ALL
