I am using Visual Studio 2008 Professional SP 1, MM.Net Framework 3.6, on a Windows XP SP 3 laptop.

I cannot get the Business Layer Generator added to the Tools menu.

It does show up in the Add-in Manager and all three checkboxes are checked. There is also an MM.NET Entity Framework Database Copy and all three of these boxes are checked as well.

I have also tried all of the instructions in the manual for Manually adding it to the tools menu. I have also tried relocating the MMBusinessLayerGenerator.addin file to some of the other Add-in file paths.

None of these attempts were successful.

Does anyone have any other ideas on how to get the Business Layer Generator added to VS tools menu short of re-installing Visual Studio?
