What exactly does Fox News mean by "the Obama Justice Department"? Those are two separate branches of government. Do you think he came in and replaced everyone in the DOJ with his own people? The last I heard many of his actual appointees (a huge number, not just a few lightning rods) are still not in place because Republicans in the Senate refuse to confirm them. They haven't said no, they just won't say yes. Reminds me of a baby clenching its lips and refusing to eat carrots or peas.

How come I hadn't heard of "the New Black Panthers" before? Just ignorance? Could be. For sure they have not been doing anything near what the originals did. IAC, when you say "Black Panthers" it conjures an image of the 1960s, not polling places in 2008.

The whole thing is just more guilt by association.
