Yes, it was IE.

They have this Extended Validation PDF file we have to go through. Then, there is the EV Verification Steps and another one EV Checklist. As for the cost, I do not know. The reason I contacted them recently, was for code signing. Code signing is 295.00$ per unit. But, it is good for the term and for an unlimited number of EXE you would want to sign with.
