This is a great comment, thank you for taking the time to confirm it.

Yes, something to consider however with that approach is the update of the data dictionary. Where it applies, we have to remove the item from the collection and add it back. Doing it will make it updated so all new users will benefit from it. When doing it, the same applies as when the application starts, thus locking mechanism is required otherwise a real mess in the memory will happen.
