To rephrase my question: What's the logic for the order of the numbers which are not x0x, meaning where the second digit is NOT 0? In your case these numbers are 270, 280, 290, 320, 450 and 545?

My user wants 301 to come after 201, and 304 (accumulated depreciation for motor vehicles) to come after 204 (motor vehicles) and so on.
