No, I hadn't. I just read it now. His general point seems correct, and has been said by many others -- the financial reform bill could have / should have gone further. I wish he had gone into some detail at the end when he writes "these reforms fail to address even a tenth of the real problem." What is the other 90%? Surely requiring financial institutions to separate their banking and investment operations into different companies would have been part of comprehensive reform.
